We are a newly launched Minecraft network founded by an engineering student with a single goal: to create a fully custom-coded server experience. Whether you are looking for unique, scratch-built minigames or an immersive SMP gamemode, everything here has been engineered from the ground up.

What is RANKCORE?

Before creating the server, we knew we wanted to do something video game-related. We thought about making our own game, but realized it would take way too much time right now. So we pivoted to Minecraft. We thought, hey, why not make a simple Minecraft plugin, from the ground up, completely from scratch, and see where it goes? And so we began. Originally, our idea was to create a simple rank plugin that created groups and managed permissions. The idea was incredibly simple, yet it was just the beginning of what turned into a deep dive into creating an entire server. We spent a while learning the API and figuring things out until we finally finished our very first command. This plugin did exactly what we set out to do: make a simple rank management plugin with a few pre-configured ranks and permissions. We called this plugin RankCore and left it at that. That was until we realized that both of us were learning a lot quicker than expected. We were both suddenly flooded with more and more ideas, until eventually we realized, if we've gone this far, why not just finish the rest? And that mindset drove us through 2 full weeks, countless all-nighters, and now to an almost complete server with 5+ fully custom-designed mini games and a ton of extra features we added along the way.

Why should I join RANKCORE?

This is just the start for RANKCORE, our humble beginning, if you will. I have been working almost nonstop the past few weeks to get the server to a playable and functioning state. We are positive that you will have a great experience playing RANKCORE, whether you enjoy PVP, more laid-back minigames, or just want to play regular vanilla Minecraft on our SMP with several custom-coded features like crates, a home system, and more. And again, this is just the beginning. We are going to continue to work hard to provide you all with more features as much as possible. We see the incredible potential in our server, and we are so excited to share it all with you. We hope you'll consider giving us a chance and try our server out. We're eager for feedback as we are still in the early development stages of our server. We are going to be listening to our players very carefully and continue to make changes and implement features that our awesome userbase like you guys request.
